Al Pilgrim started his career in the automotive industry with a passion for cars and motorcycles, eventually owning an automotive paint distribution center in California. Al continued to expand his knowledge of business, through continued education graduating from The University of Phoenix with a Masters Degree in International Business, spending 28 years as a logistics Manager for UPS. Al and wife LaDona have lived in Wickenburg Ranch for 5 years now. Al and his wife LaDona have two beautiful children, Nathan and Lauren, both still living in Southern California.

Eric Isaacson is a graduate of Virginia Tech and served as a pilot in the United States Air Force for more than 22 years. After retiring from the USAF, Eric worked in residential real estate development as well as aerospace defense. Eric obtained his AZ real estate license in 2014 and worked in new home sales for Shea Homes at Wickenburg Ranch for three years. Eric was the top sales representative during his tenure with Shea Homes. Eric is now with Wickenburg Realty, the preferred resale brokerage serving Wickenburg Ranch located in Wickenburg, AZ. Eric is an avid golfer and loves to enjoy the Arizona desert.
